1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the Shoes4Life Endowment Fund, registered at Dlouhá 735/25, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, company ID 05107873, entered in the endowment register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague.
Contact for data protection matters: info@shoes4life.cz, +420 775 521 011. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require us to.
2. What data we process and why
The website has no registration and no user accounts. Personal data is processed in one place only — the contact form. Everything else below concerns donations we receive outside the website.

We store the IP address from the form only briefly, to limit how many messages can be sent from one place — without it the form would be flooded by bots.
We do not process any data for automated decision-making or profiling. We run no newsletter and no advertising campaigns.
3. Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary to run the service:
- our web hosting provider, on whose server the site runs,
- our email service provider, which delivers messages from the form,
- the bank holding the endowment fund account,
- the accounting firm that processes donation records.
We do not share or sell data to anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.
4. Content loaded from other servers
The page loads some elements from external services. Those services therefore see your IP address and basic browser information, even though we send them nothing ourselves:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces used on the site,
- Instagram — post thumbnails in the Instagram section load from its servers.
The site uses no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other analytics or advertising tool, and stores no cookies for such purposes.
5. Your rights
- the right of access and to a copy of the data we process,
- the right to have inaccurate data corrected,
- the right to erasure where there is no longer a reason to process the data,
- the right to restrict processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on it.
We will handle any request within one month. Just write to info@shoes4life.cz. To make sure we do not disclose data to the wrong person, we may verify your identity.
6. Complaints
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
7. Changes
We may update this policy if the scope of processing or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
